It's no different for relationship health. In fact, the idea of building healthy, strong relationships even has its own hashtag: #relationshipgoals. Although it can sometimes be difficult to find the time and energy to invest, imagine if you made improving your relationships a goal. The result would be improved emotional health, which would make you feel as good as you do when you take care of your physical health. Spend some one-on-one time with your child and build a stronger bond. This year, don't put off strengthening your relationships. Every effort we make to strengthen our relationships counts and makes a difference toward our #relationshipgoals. f
