It's no different for relationship health. In fact, the idea of building healthy, strong relationships even has its own hashtag: #relationshipgoals. Although it can sometimes be difficult to find the time and energy to invest, imagine if you made improving your relationships a goal. The result would be improved emotional health, which would make you feel as good as you do when you take care of your physical health. So why not reach out to a co-worker to take a break and catch up? Learn your neighbor's name and ask if he or she needs anything the next time you're headed out to the grocery store. Spend some one-on-one time with your child and build a stronger bond. This year, don't put off strengthening your relationships. Every effort we make to strengthen our relationships counts and makes a difference toward our #relationshipgoals. f
